[Segment an Orange]
Good Afternoon Chef
My name is Gorgeous, Now I need to teach Middie, How to Segment an orange .
frist we wash our hands. second select the white cutting board, which is used to cut fruit and vegetables. put on a pair of gloves.
frist cut the skin from the top and botton of the orange, next cut the skin from the side of orange
by stairting at top cutting to the botton. continue cutting the skin until it is all removed, making sure no pith remains on the orange.
take the orange in one hand and with a sharp knife make cut on the orange, where are line on the side of the orange, shows the start of a segment, make the cut through to the centre of the orange,go to the next line. a make a cut to the certre of the orange. we move the segment a continue until all the segment have been cut from the orange.
note the each cut is not made on the ilne, but just to one side of the line. next cut not made on the line, just to the side of the line. mearest the frist cut, this well leave the separateing line between the segment in place.
切法:1.先把兩頭切掉. 2.再把皮一片片切下(從上端向下切).白色內皮要切乾淨.
3.左手拿柳丁,右手拿小刀,開始把果內一片片切下來. 4. 切好後,用手把果汁擠壓出來.
很好吃哦!!!!!!!也可切擰檬,橘子.........可以做甜點裝飾.水果沙拉...........
